Pricing
The prices displayed for products on our website are in Indian Rupees. The prices represent the full price of the product, inclusive of tax. Most Khamir products displayed on the website are available in select stores in India while stocks last. In some cases, web merchandise may not be available in Khamir stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events are different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not always reflect the pricing at Khamir stores.
Shipping
There are rare cases where a few customers might buy an item at the same time. In such cases, when there is limited stock, we might cancel your order and fully refund your money.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
Our shipping service will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable.
All items purchased from khamir.org are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Sizing
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Different styles have different silhouettes and accordingly the measurements will differ. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are designed to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide as well as the details section in each product page to choose the size best suited for you. (Need to make product size chart for garments)
Wash Care & Properties
All Khamir products are made from natural fabrics. Our production process includes one wash to shrink the fabric before we begin cutting and tailoring. Natural fabrics are gentle on skin, but they also require more care while washing and ironing as they tend to crease easily.
The mill made fabrics can be washed in a machine if it’s cotton, or dry cleaned if it’s silk. All garments have wash care labels stitched on the inner side seam. The handwoven fabrics have certain irregularities that arise out of being made by hand. These irregularities are part of the charm of handwoven fabrics and they are not defects. Handwoven cotton should be washed by hand and preferably rinsed in soap water rather than left to soak for long. Hand woven silk should be dry cleaned.
Other textile crafts such as printing and tie-dying are also done by hand and dyed in small quantities. For this reason it is best to rinse these fabrics in cold, soapy water and then rinse them again in plain water before line-drying them. Do not soak these fabrics, and if the fabric is silk then skip the washing and just dry clean them.
All Khamir garments must be line-dried. Using a dryer will heat the fabric and cause the garment to shrink. Drying your clothes in the shade will ensure that the colours don’t fade over time.
Colours
We have made an effort to display each garment as accurately as possible. However, depending on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Khamir and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site and your violation of our terms.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to khamir.org or to products you purchase through shop.khamir.org shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Bhuj, India; the only exception to that is if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Khamir’s intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
